Founder and CEO
Rathin drives the overall business mission, strategy and execution of the JobFindah Network.
Previously, he founded and led America’s Job Exchange until its successful sale to (and integration with) Time Warner Cable. Rathin is a recognized thought leader in internet recruitment, and often referred as the pioneer in developing and introducing a commercial OFCCP compliance solution to the marketplace.
Prior to America’s Job Exchange, Rathin was the General Manager/SVP of e-Business for Monster Worldwide, where he grew and led the direct to customer online business making it the largest in the industry in three short years. Previously, Rathin was Chief Marketing Officer for NaviSite, Vice President of Strategy at Standard Register, Senior Director of Product Management at Kinko’s, and a Strategy Consultant with the Mitchell Madison Group.
Rathin earned an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, Master of Science and Master of Engineering Degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, and Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Mark guides and advises the JobFindah management team with strategy and business vision. He is a recognized thought leader and senior executive in online recruitment, sales management, and business transformation.
Most recently, Mark was the CEO of the Totaljobs Group, the leading internet job board network in the UK where he led aggressive growth and business transformation of six different job boards including the flagship totaljobs.com brand.
Previously, Mark was the Managing Director (UK) at Intuit. Prior to Intuit, Mark held senior leadership positions at several leading organizations including roles as President at Standard Register, Executive Vice President at Vistaprint, SVP of Sales at Monster Worldwide, and SVP of Sales and Marketing at Kinko’s (Now FedEx-Office). Earlier, Mark was a Principal with the Alexander Group, a boutique sales management and compensation strategy consulting firm.
Mark earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Bachelor of Arts in American Culture from Northwestern University.
Jesse Harriott, Ph.D.
Jesse guides and advises the JobFindah management team with labor market trends and product vision. He is a recognized thought leader, executive, speaker and author in the area of Human Resources and Data Analytics.
Jesse is currently the Chief Analytics Officer at Constant Contact, a leader in online marketing solutions for the Small and Medium Businesses. Previously, he was the Chief Knowledge Officer at Monster Worldwide where he led the international analytics division and created the Monster Employment Index that had been used worldwide to track employment trends.
Jesse has authored the books “Win with Advanced Business Analytics” (Wiley) and “Finding Keepers” (McGraw-Hill). His upcoming book “People Analytics in the Era of Big Data” (Wiley) is scheduled for release this Summer.
Jesse has advised numerous clients on analytics and labor market issues, including the White House, the Department of Labor, the European Commission, the Federal Reserve, the National Governors Association, the Clinton Global Initiative, and several U.S. senators. He has also appeared in leading media outlets, including CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, CBS radio, Bloomberg, and Reuters. Jesse was named by the Boston Business Journal as one of Boston’s top 40 under 40.
Jesse holds an MA and a PhD in Experimental Psychology from DePaul University.
Prasun guides and advises the JobFindah management team with technology strategy and product development. He is an accomplished technology consulting professional with an enviable breadth of skills and proven track record in Product Engineering, Enterprise Software Implementation, Practice Leadership, and Large Account Management.
Prasun is currently Director – Sales and Account Management at Impetus Technologies, a leader in Big Data products and services space. Previously he was a Project Executive with IBM Global Services, and a Managing Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Prasun holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Kharagpur) in Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering.
