Field Service Technician

Position Summary :

TheField Service Technicianisresponsible for delivery, pick up, and service of company products to customers in a timely and professional manner. This includes educating patients and caregivers on the safe operation and use of our products. This individual will also be responsible for product care and maintenance, product repair, warehouse duties, vehicle care and maintenance, and tracking of inventory.

Major Duties & Responsibilities :
* Work safely in all aspects of job
* Clean returned product, including but not limited to using proper protocols for handling clean/dirty equipment, decontamination of equipment and preparation for redistribution, and record keeping
* Decontaminates equipment wearing protective equipment as required, following all safety/cleaning protocols
* Assist with maintaining work area
* Responsible for cleaning and organizing the warehouse, however in peak business times, could assist with delivering equipment to a facility or meeting a driver half way to deliver product to a Field Services Technician
* Troubleshoot problems independently
* Develop friendly personal relations with others
* Cooperate with team decisions
* Maintains continuity of normal work flow despite interruptions
* Support filing and other general clerical work

Required Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills & Experience :
* Valid Drivers License
* Ability to work at a consistent and steady pace for long periods of time
* Comfortable supporting repetitive work without becoming impatient
* Comfortable with work that requires manual dexterity
* Ability to follow established routines and procedures
* Ability to safely lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations
* Meets and exceeds compliance with standards and regulations, quality of standards, and accuracy of records.
* Detail orientated and meets deadlines
* Ability to precisely with numbers, measurements or other kinds of data
* Must possess or be able to complete requirements of Department of Transportation (DOT) physical

Preferred Skills, Experience & Education :
* Warehouse or related experience
* Driving or delivery experience
* Dynamic medical equipment experience
* Outstanding customer service
* Willingness and ability to work extended workweek, including some evenings and weekends and travel as required
* Computer skills, such as experience with Outlook email, Microsoft Excel, and smart phones such as IPhone or Android
* Good communication skills (verbal and written), along with good organizational skills
