Senior Store Selling Manager

Senior Store Manager:
* Drive individual and store team s performance, through the achievement of KPI s, to reach targeted goals
* Manage, train and coach store employees in sales, product knowledge and operating activities, providing constructive feedback, annual performance reviews and Individual Development Plans
* Create multi-store staff schedule to drive store goals and store profitability
* Maintain customer relationships during and post-purchase
* Create an environment where customers are always at the center and have an exceptional experience
* Conduct workforce management activities
* Ensure multi-store execution of product merchandising, marketing and POP standards
* Ensure company policies, including appearance and functionality standards, and state regulations are followed
* Ensure timely open and closing procedures
* Manage stock inventory levels for assigned multi-stores
* Provide technical and product knowledge information to associates and customers, serve as subject matter expert
* Assist in processing inventory counts
* Follow all Company procedures on cash handling including acceptance of payment and deposit processes
* Adhere to all sales processing policies to ensure the proper creation and execution of customer invoicing
* Assist customers with load outs and in store purchases
* Professional communication and representation of Company brand in all internal and external interaction

Qualifications

* Education Level / Education Details: High School diploma or equivalent experience
* Ideal candidate experience: 2 years sales experience, 1 years multi-store management/department experience or equivalent
