Description
$22 - $45 hourly with excellent benefits
Work with document preparers, managers, writers, and workers to ensure appropriate requirements, document development and process flow, requirements, priorities, and deadlines are adhered to.
Responsible for electronic file management to include access and configuration control.
Maintain and update internal and external procedures and forms web sites.
Proofread performance documents (i.e., directives, policies, charters, process/program descriptions, procedures, and forms) to ensure proper use of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and referenced documents.

Requirements
Education: AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required.
Experience: 4+ years administrative and/or direct document/records management experience required. Knowledge and experience with enterprise content management systems.
Level Specific Responsibilities: Under general supervision:
* Resolves most problems/issues raised but refers more complex issues to higher levels.
* Processes documents (including indexing into database and/or enterprise content management system.
May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.
- Thorough knowledge of grammatical rules, spelling, composition, and style, Including standard editing/proofreading marks.
- Ability to work to a style guide.
- Online editing/proofreading skills
- Proficiency with standard document formatting/editing/production software, including electronic comment incorporation, importing graphic files, formatting tables, and developing and applying templates.
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Professional customer service skills.
- Experience in Adobe and MS Office software.
