Purpose: To support the Customer Service Team by handling incoming phone calls and assisting with tasks that ensure that customer requests, product demand and requirements are communicated and entered
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering the multi-line phone promptly and routing callers accurately.
Greeting Customers and Vendors at the door.
Provide data entry assistance in ERP software, Microsoft Office, Mac.
Assisting various departments as needed.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment
Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel
Superb email composition and other communication / collaborative tools.
Must be able to type 50 or more words per minute.
Two year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to be a contributing member of a team
