Our team is made up of of industry veterans, thoughts leaders and innovators in online recruitment, diversity, EEO Compliance, data analytics, digital marketing, sales and technology. Here is a sampling:

Rathin Sinha
Founder and CEO
Rathin drives the overall business mission, strategy and execution of the JobFindah Network. Previously, he created and led America’s Job Exchange until its successful sale to (and integration with) Time Warner Cable. Rathin is a recognized thought leader in internet recruitment, and often referred as the pioneer in developing and introducing a commercial OFCCP compliance solution to the marketplace.

Prior to America’s Job Exchange, Rathin was the General Manager of e-Business for Monster Worldwide, where he grew and led the direct to customer online business making it the largest in the industry in three short years. Previously, Rathin was Chief Marketing Officer for NaviSite, Vice President of Strategy at Standard Register, Senior Director of Product Management at Kinko’s, and a Strategy Consultant with the Mitchell Madison Group.

Rathin earned an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, Master of Science and Master of Engineering Degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, and Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology.


John A. Garza
John advises the Jobfindah management team on EEO/Affirmative Action and OFCCP compliance issues. .


John is a nationally recognized authority and consultant specializing in crafting affirmative action plans and preparing/coaching organizations for reviews by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). He has successfully developed, implemented, and managed over 2,500 Affirmative Action Plans, OFCCP desk and on-site audits. He has also investigated over 600 internal employee relation’s complaints and responded to approximately 350 external EEOC Notice of Discrimination charges. .

Currently, John is the Founder and President of JAG Specialties, LLC, a boutique consulting company in the above areas. Earlier in his career, he was the EEO/AA leader at the Pinnacle West Capital, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Digital Equipment Corpration responsible for the enterprise wide development, implementation and management of Diversity, Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Programs.

John has been active in shaping and influencing the regulatory policies through his leadership through various organizations. He is the current President/chair for the Southern Nevada Industry Liaison Group (SNILG) and Past-President of the Arizona Industry Liaison Group where he served, as President for 20+ years.

John received his Bachelor’s Degree in business managemenfrom the Western International University.

John Garza

Jesse Harriott, Ph.D.
Jesse guides and advises the JobFindah management team with labor market trends and product vision. He is a recognized thought leader, executive, speaker and author in the area of Human Resources and Data Analytics.


Jesse is currently the Chief Analytics Officer at Constant Contact, a leader in online marketing solutions for the Small and Medium Businesses. Previously, he was the Chief Knowledge Officer at Monster Worldwide where he led the international analytics division and created the Monster Employment Index that had been used worldwide to track employment trends.

Jesse has authored the books “Win with Advanced Business Analytics” (Wiley) and “Finding Keepers” (McGraw-Hill). His upcoming book “People Analytics in the Era of Big Data” (Wiley) is scheduled for release this Summer.

Jesse has advised numerous clients on analytics and labor market issues, including the White House, the Department of Labor, the European Commission, the Federal Reserve, the National Governors Association, the Clinton Global Initiative, and several U.S. senators. He has also appeared in leading media outlets, including CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, CBS radio, Bloomberg, and Reuters. Jesse was named by the Boston Business Journal as one of Boston’s top 40 under 40.

Jesse holds an MA and a PhD in Experimental Psychology from DePaul University.

Prasun Sinha
Prasun guides and advises the JobFindah management team with technology strategy and product development.

Prasun is an accomplished technology consulting professional with proven track record in product engineering, enterprise application implementation, practice leadership, and business growth. He inspires his customers and his team, by conceptualizing and building solutions leveraging technology, engineering process excellence, and deep functional understanding of the problem domain.

Prasun is currently the Managing Director of the Analytics practice at TCG Digital, a global technology and enterprise product company where he is responsible for the overall development and growth of the Data Analytics practice in the US. Previously, he was the Director of Account Management at Impetus Technologies, a leader in Big Data products and services, managing their customers in US North-East and acquiring new business. Prior to Impetus, Prasun spent 8 years each at IBM Global Services and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in various consulting and account growth roles.

Prasun holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).

Prasun Sinha
